I saw this on the news. watch the video if you can. its crazy. its horrible that people actually give this animal cigarettes.

I was actually amazed that he  knew how to really smoke it. At the end of the video it seemed like he was standing up straight and smoking and mocking us~

Do people actually throw lighted cigs to him??? I'm sure they'll really think it's hysterical when he gets lung cancer...ugh.
